At Fastech Computer Academy, we aim to provide quality education and maintain transparency in our policies.

1. Fee Refund Eligibility

1. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
2. In special cases, refund requests may be considered within 2 days of enrollment.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided if:

1. The student has attended classes
2. Study materials or access has been provided
3. Delay in attendance or personal reasons

3. Course Cancellation by Institute

If a course is cancelled by the academy, a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Transfer Option

Instead of a refund, students may request to transfer fees to another course (subject to approval).

6. Mode of Refund
